We are so excited to embark on a completely new and exciting adventure for our student missions this year.
As we continue to partner with Christ Church, our students will be staying local this year to continue our efforts to support and rebuild for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Similar to U.M. Army, we will be building wheelchair ramps and porches, replacing screens, construction of handrails, repairing floors and walls, painting, lawn work, and partnering with various local organizations.
Cost: $225 per student by March 11th, $250 if after

We are headed to Houston not only to have a Blast but also to serve our community! Trust us it will be 2 days that you wont forget or wont want to miss! Students will serve at the Houston Food Bank, and at the Star of Hope over the course of two days! We will also be attending a night of the Hope and Life conference, which if you have never been, is an expericne in itself! Oh btw we are staying at the new Marriott Marquis in Downtown Houston and I dont know if you know but they have a lazy river the shape of Texas! Plus we have a few other suprises up our sleeves!

Join us on our annual tradition, as we celebrate the start of Christmas break with A Verry Merry Night. We will load a charter bus and head to The Woodlands where we will have dinner at a local restaurant, break out our moves on the ice skating rink and indulge in some popcorn as we watch a movie. We can’t think of a better way to kick-off a wonderful season than a night out with some of your closest friends!

We are joining Christ Church for a Fall Retreat called "The Holy Ghost Party!" We love Christ Church and their students, and we were like we should do more things with them besides U.M. Army. MOYO Student Ministry is headed to Whataburger in Walden to order every single item on the menu and destroy it! Our goal is to accomplish the impossible and eat everything Whataburger has to throw at us! So round up everyone you know as we embark on this ridiculous and delicious task!
The sky is the limit, LADIES! Come join us for this all GIRLS event at Sky Zone Trampoline Park! To ensure your energy is up to par for all this jumping, we'll be stopping at Starbucks on the way. Then, to recover from the jumping, we'll eat at Raising Cane's for lunch!

U.M. ARMY is an acronym which stands for United Methodist Action Reach-Out Mission by Youth. It is an opportunity for youth and adults to experience Christian growth through mission, worship, and fellowship.
Participants combine their strengths to provide free home repairs for low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners who are physically or financially unable to make needed repairs.
The work at U.M. ARMY provides an opportunity to practice Christian faith and love through action. The worship and devotional materials provide opportunities for spiritual development, learning, and discussion.

Join us as we will have a very special night of worship in the Main Sanctuary. A night where we gather as a community and pray for one another and shout our praises to God. After the service, stay for fellowship and enjoy an ice cream and root beer/coke float social.

We will also be casting a vision for Wednesday night bible studies, where you will get to meet the worship leaders, pastors, and the director of the student ministry. We know parents are the most important people in students lives and we would love to do ministry along side you!
